What we do
Get an expert medical opinion from a board-certified physician
Our services includes a healthcare consultant that does the following:
- Obtaining facts to determine if a patient received standard-of-care through one or more of their medical or hospital visits
- Determine if there was a missed or delayed diagnosis by a medical professional that could have been prevented
- Provide opinion if, through evidence, a physician could have been under the influence which inhibited them from making appropriate medical decisions
- Work with legal counsel to provide recommendations about physicians who have successfully completed rehabilitation programs
- Determine if a whole or portion of a physical exam was inappropriate for the visit
- Interpret complex medical documentation in layman terms
- Provide court appearance and/or virtual testimony of our findings if needed
- Generate written reports based on our findings that can be used in medical-legal proceedings
- Give recommendations to our clients to prevent further negative outcomes in healthcare settings
- Evaluate practices used in healthcare settings, and offer strategies to minimize or eliminate potentially negative outcomes
- Offer unbiased expert opinion
